Swimming Pool

  The pool which has been imported from South Africa is  fibreglass with a salt water  treatment system avoiding the odour and unpleasant effects of chlorine. There is a counter current to swim against.............around the pool area and into the changing rooms there is under floor heating and in the pool area lots of sun beds where you relax and enjoy the ambience of the pool even on the coldest of days.  For hot sunny days the French windows in the pool area  open on the terrace so that you can soak up the sun while enjoying the a cool beer or glass of wine.

As with so many other things we do here.  The emphasize  for our leisure facilities is just that............relaxation and leisure.  Yes there is a gym and yes it has all the modern cardiovascular equipment and weights and you will be most welcome to use them but if you would prefer to sit by the pool, with a glass of fizz and a tray canapés that's just fine by us as well.  There are terraces with a hot tub and  where lunches  and snacks are served, a sauna and tanning room as well as a cafe where hot drinks and food are available.
