Sleep & Relax

	Rumpleteasers Rumpleteasers has twin or a super king-size bed and is decorated soft creams and a corner bath and view to the mountain
	Cat Morgan Cat Morgan's is a lovely room terraced room with a king-size four poster bed dressed in voile in pale pastel hues
	Mr. Mistoffelees Mr. Mistoffeles opens onto the terrace, where G & T's can be enjoyed on summer evenings and has twin or a super king size bed.
	McCavity's McCavity's has lovely views with three windows looking out to the mountain. It has super king-size zip and link bed's which means it can be a twin or double room. There is also a sofa bed in case some 'little person' would like to join you.
	Bustopher Jones This is our new studio suite with balcony and whirlpool bath and twin showers Wonderful views over pool terrace and garden towards the hills
	Old Deuteronomy This is our new suite with Emperor bed, balcony, twin showers and whirlpool bath Wonderful views over pool terrace and garden towards the hills
	Growltiger One of our suites with a private deck, hot tub and small sitting room and lovely bathroom with whirlpool bath Please note that as the deck is completely private there are no views from this suites except the ones you make yourselves!!!
	Jennyanydots Jennyanydots is a romantic suite with a balcony and a beautiful heavy craved king-size four poster bed. The sitting room has two sofa beds and the best views in the house.
	Grumbuskins Grumbuskins is a lovely suite with a galleried bedroom with king-size bed and a pretty sittingroom with views towards the mountains Head height is slightly restricted and Graham who is 6'2" was quite happy sleeping here but it can be a 'Duck or Grouse' situation
	Skimbleshanks Skimbleshanks is a roomy suite that has a galleried bedroom with a king-size bed It has a double shower and lovely views of the mountain. Head height is slightly restricted and Graham who is 6'2" was quite happy sleeping here but it can be a 'Duck or Grouse' situation
	Rumtumtugger Rumtumtugger is the prettiest room with a super king size or twin beds and a fabulous view. There is a little sittingroom with French windows leading to the balcony overlooking the terrace and gardens at the front of the house. The newly refurbished bathroom has a roll top free standing bath.
	The Sanctuary The is exactly as it sounds, a suite of rooms away from the other guest rooms still in the main house but in the granary above the old coach house. It has a private deck with it's own hot tub and a slipper bath Please note that as the deck is completely private there are no views form this suites except the ones you make yourselves!!!

Bedrooms at Sychnant

We make every effort to have our rooms the way we would like them to be if we came to visit ourselves. We have twelve rooms of which seven are suites, two superior rooms, two terraced rooms and a standard room. They are all ensuite, of course. They have tea/coffee facilities, fridges, TV/DVD/Videos, CD'S/radio alarms, waffle dressing gowns, large soft towels and lots of little touches to make you feel special. They also have an iron and ironing board and we can even provide a pile of ironing if you feel the need to use them!!!!!

Prices

vary according to size and facilities. Pretty please be aware that we have three smaller rooms all of which have king-size or twin beds so they are not tiny but we don't want you to be disappointed by the size. If you want a larger room please ask us and we'll try to direct you to the best room for your needs. Our ground floor rooms have French windows opening onto individual terraces for those warm summer evenings.....we do get them....honest!! Dogs and humans alike love the terrace and access to the garden. Some of the suites have private decks with their own hot tubs and some with whirlpool baths. Not all our bathrooms have separate showers though they all of Edwardian style mixer taps but there are five wet rooms available in the changing rooms off the leisure suite if we haven't been able to provide you with a room with a shower.

Travelling with Children

At Sychnant we warmly welcome well behaved children. but we are not a baby sitting service and we do expect parents to control their little people so that our older guests can enjoy their well deserved breaks. We really do try to do as much as possible to make life pleasant for all our guests and with that in mind we have games, toys and videos available for our smaller residents. We have three suites with lovely sitting rooms, and one superior room that are perfect if you are travelling with children. They have sofa beds in the sitting rooms with proper sprung mattresses for restful sleep so the children sleep in their own room. It might be an idea to bring their favourite DVD'S just so you can have some adult time. Of course they are more than welcome to watch DVD'S/videos from our collection, we try to keep up to date with what children like. High teas are served in the dining room at 6 o'clock or children may dine with their parents in the main dining room from 7o'clock from the fine dining menu. Children under ten will charged at half price. Our restaurant is opened to non residents and is very busy so please let us know if you will not be dining with us.
